FAQ

How do I practice yoga nidra?

There is no effort required in yoga nidra. Find a quiet place free from distraction or put on headphones. Lie back into a reclined position, supported by any props that will help you feel more comfortable.

Optional:
Folded blanket or thin pillow beneath your head.
Blanket or shawl to cover you.

Pillow beneath your knees.
Cloth over your eyes.

Once you are comfortable, simply close your eyes or gaze downwards. Listen. Let go. Receive.

What is yoga nidra?

The practice of yoga nidra is a systematic, guided technique designed to bring you into a state of deep rest.

Often called “yogic sleep,” it is not actual sleep, but a unique state of consciousness in which the body becomes profoundly still—almost as if asleep—while the mind remains quietly alert and receptive. This is a powerful state for true restoration, healing, and transformation.
